1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PickleFitter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PickleFitter provides pickleball paddle recommendations based on publicly available paddle specs and lab data, plus pro tour statistics and games. The Service includes a quiz, paddle database, customization tools, lead tape placement guides, pro player and event pages, and daily games. The Service is provided free of charge. PickleFitter does not test paddles itself.

3. Data Sources & Attribution

Paddle performance data displayed on PickleFitter is sourced from publicly available databases, including data compiled by The Pickleball Studio, with lab figures credited to Pickleball Effect. Pro results, rankings and the paddles pros use come from public PPA Tour information. All factual data (measurements, specifications, and test results) is presented for informational purposes. We make no claim of ownership over third-party data and provide attribution to original sources where applicable.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Paddle recommendations are algorithmic suggestions based on the preferences you provide and publicly available data. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will suit your play style, skill level, or personal preferences. Always try a paddle before purchasing when possible.

4a. Not Medical Advice

Notes on vibration, arm comfort or "tennis elbow" describe paddle specs, not treatment. They are not medical advice. If you have pain or an injury, talk to a doctor or physical therapist before you choose equipment or keep playing.

5. Affiliate Links & Purchases

PickleFitter contains affiliate links to third-party retailers including Amazon.com and paddle brand stores. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is how we fund the site.

PickleFitter is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Our recommendations are generated by an algorithm based on paddle data and your quiz responses. Affiliate relationships do not influence which paddles are recommended or how they rank. Where a paddle is sold in more than one store, the buy button may point to the store that pays us the higher commission. Prices shown are list prices from our catalog and may differ from the store's current price. We are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, or policies of third-party retailers. All purchases are subject to the respective retailer's terms and conditions.

6. Discount Codes

Most discount codes shown on PickleFitter are creator codes from paddle reviewers such as The Pickleball Studio and Pickleball Effect, collected with the paddle data. They are not PickleFitter's codes and are not issued by us or our affiliate partners; their creators may earn a commission when you use them. Codes may expire or change without notice. We make no guarantee that any discount code will be valid at the time of use. Please verify the code at checkout with the retailer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickleFitter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a paddle purchase made based on our recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

The PickleFitter name, logo, quiz logic, recommendation algorithms, ratings and original site content belong to PickleFitter. Third-party trademarks, brand names, product names, and player, team, tour and league names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. PickleFitter is not affiliated with or endorsed by the PPA Tour, Major League Pickleball, USA Pickleball, DUPR, any paddle brand, or any player. Naming the paddle a pro uses is a statement of fact, not an endorsement by that player.

9. User Conduct

The downloads and embeds on our data page may be reused on the terms stated there. Apart from those, you agree not to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the compiled data presented on PickleFitter without prior written permission. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and apply to use of the Service from then on. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
