Questions about the game
How does the Bracket Challenge work?
Before a PPA event starts, pick the winner of every match in each main-draw division, all the way to the champion. A correct pick is worth more each round: 32 points for the final, 16 for a semifinal, 8 for a quarterfinal, 4 in the round of 16, and 2 or 1 in the early rounds. Brackets lock at midnight Eastern on the event's first day.
Do I have to pick every match?
No. Fill in as much as you like and save; you can come back and finish before the lock. "Fill the rest" picks the higher-rated team in every match you haven't picked, so you can start from the favorites and change the upsets you believe in.
Where do the odds come from?
Each match's percentages come from PickleFitter Ratings, which are built from every pro match since 2023. They are a guide, not a prediction market.
How do groups work?
Type any code (letters and numbers) when you save your picks, and share the invite link. Everyone who saves with the same code shows up on that group's leaderboard. Good for a club or a group chat.
Is it gambling?
No. It is free to play and there are no prizes.
